Mediterranean Deli & Catering Jamil Kadoura Immigrated from the Middle-East in 1981, studied business management, then began his career in the food industry. He worked his way up to the highest position in the food business, which is Food and Beverage Director. In 1998, Jamil was the featured chef on "Tarheel Chefs", a local show devoted to prominent chefs in the area. After a successful career in the food and beverage industry, he followed his dream of owning his own deli in 1992. Mediterranean Deli specializes in Middle-Eastern and Greek food.
