Vegetarian Meals
TRADITIONAL HUMMOS: A blend of chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic.
CALAMATA HUMMOS: Our traditional hummos blended with calamata olives.
SCALLION HUMMOS: Our traditional hummos blended with scallions.
ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMOS: Our traditional hummos blended with roasted red
pepper.
BABA GHANOUGH. Lightly Smoked: A blend of grilled eggplant, tahini, lemon juice,
and garlic.
MOROCCAN COUSCOUS SALAD: Moroccan couscous, red pepper, golden and black
raisins, green onions,
chick peas, and curry spices.
STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES: Grape leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, green onions,
fresh mint, and parsley.
CHICK PEAS SALAD: Chick peas, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, green onion, and
cumin.
TABOULI SALAD: Chopped parsley, green onions, tomato, fresh mint, burgul, olive
oil, lemon juice, and spices.
GREEK SALAD: Crisp romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onion, calamata olives, feta cheese,
peperincini, and olive oil dressing.
FETTUSH SALAD: Chopped fresh tomato, cucumber, green, red & yellow pepper, green
& red onions, parsly, olive oil, lemon juice

JERUSALEM SALAD: Tomato, cucumber, green pepper, fresh mint, parsley, olive oil,
and lemon tahini dressing.

TYROPITA (cheese puffs): Filo dough stuffed with herbed feta and Ricotta cheese.

squash and zucchini in a
garlic olive oil dressing.

LENTIL RICE (MUJADDARAH): Simmered rice and lentil cooked together with spices
and sauteed onions.

APPLE ORZO SALAD: Served with raisins and roasted almonds.
SUNDRIED TOMATO PENNE PASTA: Served with balsamic walnut vinigarett.
GOAT CHEESE BRUSHETTA: Served with tomatoes, wild thyme, olive oil and a touch
of garlic.
HEARTS OF PALMS SALAD: Served with roasted pepper, feta cheese, scallions and
tomatoes.
FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE: Served with grape tomatoes, olive oil and fresh basil.

Lamb Shank: Baked in red wine with fresh vegetables, garlic, oregano and
rosemary.
Beef Tenderloin Kebob: marinated in juice of onions, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Whole Lamb: Rotisserie style (the Greek way) or stuffed w/ rice, pinenuts and
spices (Middle Eastern

Poached Fresh Salmon: Poached in white wine, fresh dill and citric juices
